The other day I heard a report that last year there were about 5 million homes sold. They continued to say that was a drop from 7 million normally sold. But I’m sorry, what I heard was 5 MILLION HOMES SOLD.

Now the ones sitting around at home, hiding until the market recovers are going to say, “See how bad it is!” to justify doing nothing. But the reality is homes are being sold. Sure it is not the same as several years ago. But homes are being sold. And if it is not by you, someone is meeting with buyers, finding them their ideal home and writing a contract. And that same REALTOR is sitting in a closing.

Do the math. If there are 1 million active REALTORS and 5% do 95% of the business that means…….Drum roll……That the top 5 % had around 95 closings this past year.

No wonder they are still smiling. The longer you sit at home nursing your wounds the longer they are are grabbing the buyers.

So what is the solution. BE PART OF THE TOP 5%! Look at what they are doing. They are working,. They are getting out there and looking for buyers. They are advertising… and I’ll bet you will not find one of them home during the day watching The People’s Court!
