Sure, I guess you can. But the question should really be…
“Do you work?”
 
These questions have come up time after time.
“Do you have a REALTOR in my area that is doing this?”
” Can you tell me a bunch that will say it works for them?”
But the question they really mean is, “Can you keep giving me names to call until I finally find someone that says it doesn’t work so I can not feel guilty for not taking on something that I really don’t want to do in the first place.”

You know, over the years, we have dealt with this in many ways. At one time we used to publish every neighborhood. That was a disaster.  Our active REALTORS would get calls day after day from other REALTORS that we had never talked to, asking for their time to explain everything to them.
So our customers asked us to hide them so they could do what they were supposed to do- Sell Homes!
Then we published a  list of REALTORS that gave us permission to use them as testimonials. Then they got so many calls that they would have to schedule a time to call them back because they were busy on an appointment or even at church. And people got mad at them when they were too busy to answer questions!!
So now we are back at the original question.
“Does this work?” And, “Can I talk to other REALTORS?”
Here are the answers.
Does this work?
“It will only work if you do!”  “It is a tool and if you do not use it, it is worth nothing.”
Can I talk to other REALTORS?
“Nope. You should be able to decide whether this makes sense to you or not. You do not need to bother others for you to think this through. It is a simple concept. Sometimes too simple. The Neighborhood has a site that is chock full of services, discussions, postings, businesses, places of worship, organizations and current news and live video to keep them returning day after day. There is nothing else like it in your neighborhood. (You can look around and see for yourself).
And you advertise within it. It’s that simple.
Your self determining questions are two fold.
1. Are you going to use what we have to offer to replace or suppliment how you are adverising your homes for sale and promoting yourself?
2. Are you a  good enough REALTOR that they are going to want to choose you as their real estate professional when they find you on the Neighborhood Site? (And they will, if you follow our instructions.This is the work part.)
So if you need to find another REALTOR to tell you what you can decide for yourself, then let’s be honest, this isn’t for you.
