We have developed many different things you will be able to do in your neighborhood that no other agent can. Ways to have signs all over your neighborhood. Ways to have merchants promoting you. Ways to have schools telling their parents about the neighborhood site where they will find ONE REALTOR representing all the buyers and sellers.
And we are adding more all the time.

When a buyer rides around your neighborhood are they going to learn about you?

Did you know that about 70% of buyers (that is because they live within 5 miles of where they are thinking of moving to) ride around the neighborhood they are thinking of buying in BEFORE they choose a REALTOR?

When they do they need to see signs that drive them to you. We will give you ways to reach these buyers WITHOUT increasing your listings. Pretty cool, huh?

Have you ever seen a REALTOR put flags in front of houses up and down a street as a way to promote himself? Here is a way to do this in a community of 5,000- 10,000, 20,000 or more without you walking a step. But it only works for the REALTORS that advertise “within” one of our neighborhood sites.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to build my own neighborhood site?

This is a common question or thought. We understand. But putting the cost aside (because you could not do all we offer for a fraction) there is another component that many do not consider. That is, “Would the neighborhood embrace, promote, take ownership of a site that they knew was one that belonged to a REALTOR with a vested interest in everything going on?”

One of the first lessons we learned when we entered real estate way back in the dark ages was to “Meet the People”. That is still a basic principle today. But how long would it take you to meet everyone in your community, neighborhood or small town?
